American Partnership Mission Week
Over one week during September 2004 we held a partnership mission with friends from America. The 'Partnership missions' have been a feature of mission within the Yorkshire Baptist Association (YBA) for a number of years, but this was the first time Scapegoat Hill Baptist Church has been involved. We worked together with our American friends in a mission to the local community.
The theme of the mission was 'Friendship' and over the week we held a series of events including a pub quiz, barbecue and events in local schools. We were really blessed by the Lord over the week and made some good friends in our American brothers and sisters.
